The Prasad from Shri Ramanathaswamy Temple, Rameshwaram, one of the Char Dham and a Jyotirlinga shrine, carries the divine blessings of Lord Shiva and the sacred memory of Lord Rama’s devotion. It is believed that Lord Rama himself installed the Shiva Lingam here before his journey to Lanka. Receiving this Prasad is said to remove sins (paap), destroy karmic burdens, and bless the devotee with liberation (moksha), peace, and strength.
